This is a 1:43rd Spark resin model of the #130 Mercedes-AMG GT3 'Mercedes-AMG Team GruppeM' Bathurst 12 Hour 2024 (Jules Gounon - Lap Record). It is a limited edition model with only 300 produced.

In the lead-up to the 2024 Bathurst 12 Hour weekend, Mercedes-AMG set a new official lap record in the GT class. Behind the wheel for the 6.21km run around Mount Panorama was 29 year old French racing driver Jules Gounon, who managed to clock a time of 1min 56.605 second, two seconds faster than the previous record set in 2019. The Mercedes-AMG GT3 was equipped with modifications that would not be permitted on the regulation-bound race cars, including a derestricted 6.2-litre twin-turbocharged V8 that made around 485kW of power. This, combined with a drag reduction system (DRS) derived from Formula 1, meant that the car reached a top speed of 308.71 kph on the 1.916 kilometres long Conrod Straight. The Team also added carbon brakes, an optimised aerodynamics package with revised front apron, splitter, side skirts and rear diffuser, which all contributed to an average speed of 191.82km/h during the record breaking lap.
